I'm tired!

I am not sure if I am coming down with something or if I have just pushed myself a bit too hard this week... Here is a recap of my workouts this week:

Monday-
*teach an hour of Stroller Strides (a full-body workout, including resistance bands, cardio drills and abdominals).
Tuesday-
*five mile tempo run at an average pace of 8:20.
*teach an hour of Stroller Strides
Wednesday-
*teach an hour of Stroller Strides
Thursday-
* six miles at 9:33 average pace.
*teach an hour of Stroller Strides
Friday-
*teach an hour of Stroller Strides

I really should take a day to rest, but tomorrow I have yet another Stroller Strides class to teach and need to do a long run on Sunday. I think I am going to bed early tonight. That is, of course, if I don't pick up Eclipse. I think I like it better than the first two!

That does look like a jam-packed schedule. How far is your long run you are anticipating?

I think Eclipse was my least favorite in the series... by that time I was getting tired of Bella, she just seems too fragile! But I've been tempted to read the series again, I think I flew through it too fast and had too high of expectations the first go round.

stroller strides and runs in the same day - yeah that could be making you tired!

I just grabbed Eclipse at my library today - and the copy I bought online should be arriving pretty soon - when I read through it, I think, I can write stuff like that too! it's keeping me inspired.

how long is your long run going to be?

I am running 10 miles tomorrow. I think we're going to take it easy.

Jill, Bella is a little tiring but for some reason I can't stay away. I think she is much less fragile in this book than she was previously.

Terri, I only wish I could write something that would grip people that way.
