And last summer, until we got to the 14 mile mark or so, I always tried to run a mile further than the rest of the team, for some stupid reason.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7918472490658203767.post-82625552037724664502009-01-10T04:53:00.000-08:002009-01-10T04:53:00.000-08:00You go girl!! I overtrained back in November of '07 and as a result couldn't run for 2 months, and missed running in what was supposed to be my first marathon.Marathonman101108https://www.blogger.com/profile/01653913024687849329noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7918472490658203767.post-68667504873304931272009-01-09T20:04:00.000-08:002009-01-09T20:04:00.000-08:00I agree, I need some kind of plan, especially if I...I agree, I need some kind of plan, especially if I'm doing an event. Although, it's been a little bit of a challenge figuring out my exact plan doing the San Antonio marathon and training for PF Chang's, but I figured out a pretty good one using a combination of Runner's World Smart Coach and Team In Training plans.

Not sure exactly what I'm going to do over the next few months though, I keep thinking I should figure that out, but I will wait until I finish the next marathon and then let myself worry about the plan.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
